Job summary

Vinova is seeking a Senior Manager, Land, Environment and Planning to drive land, planning and environmental approvals for large-scale energy, infrastructure and digital projects across Australia.

You will influence projects from opportunity assessment to delivery, leading a small team and coordinating specialists while engaging stakeholders and regulators to secure timely approvals and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in land, planning, environmental approvals or project development.
• Strong knowledge of Australian planning and environmental frameworks.
• Experience across NSW, Victoria and Queensland jurisdictions.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and negotiation capability.
• Strong commercial awareness and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team and mentor junior members.
• Develop regulatory approvals strategies and environmental processes.
• Coordinate consultants and advisors.
• Engage with landowners, communities, and regulators.
• Identify development risks and support delivery through lifecycle.
• Oversee land acquisition and planning approvals across jurisdictions.
