Job summary

Vinova is seeking an HSE & Quality Lead to own health, safety and environmental performance across a growing portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy projects in Australia.

You’ll lead the HSE function, develop and implement policies across office and site operations, and support project delivery teams with audits, inspections and risk management. 60% office, 40% site, with travel to sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HSE activities in construction, utilities, or renewable energy projects.
• Ability to develop and improve HSE frameworks and policies.
• Strong risk assessment and compliance capabilities.
• Ability to work across office and site with contractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE activities across multiple renewable energy projects.
• Develop and improve HSE systems, policies and procedures.
• Drive a positive safety culture across internal teams and contractors.
• Conduct site audits, inspections and compliance reviews.
• Support Project Managers with risk management and delivery quality.
