- Experience in land, planning or environmental approvals across multiple jurisdictions.
- 10+ years in land acquisition or project development in energy/infrastructure sectors.
Aufgaben
- Lead site identification, assessment and due diligence for development opportunities.
- Manage land acquisition and planning approvals across jurisdictions.
- Develop regulatory approvals strategies to support project outcomes.
- Coordinate planning, environmental and development approvals with authorities.
- Manage external consultants and advisors during project development.
- Mentor junior team members and support governance initiatives.
