Job summary

Zurich Insurance Group in North Sydney is seeking a Head of Digital Product for Enterprise Claims to shape and lead the digital product strategy across the lifecycle, delivering measurable outcomes through technology, data and AI.

You will lead a team of product professionals, own the digital product budget, and redesign key journeys to improve digital adoption, self-service and partner experience for customers and distribution partners.

Qualifications

• End-to-end ownership of digital products from strategy to post-launch.
• Experience deploying AI-enabled capabilities in customer journeys.
• Experience delivering products in regulated environments with privacy and security considered by design.
• Strong investment-case development and benefits tracking.
• Proven ability to influence executive and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the digital product strategy and prioritised roadmap, aligned to growth, customer and partner experience, and efficiency outcomes.
• Own digital products end-to-end, from opportunity and investment case through delivery, adoption, performance, improvement and decommissioning.
• Develop human and AI-enabled journeys, safely experimenting with AI and scaling successful approaches within Zurich’s governance framework.
• Own digital product investment and budget decisions, tracking benefits and using performance data to continuously optimise the roadmap.
• Build strong partnerships across engineering, architecture, design, underwriting, claims, distribution, operations, technology, data and AI to turn product strategy into outcomes.
• Lead and develop product managers and product owners, establishing consistent product standards and modern, outcome-led ways of working.
