The City of Parramatta is seeking a seasoned land use planner to lead strategic initiatives and guide a team of planning professionals. You will shape frameworks, policies and precinct plans, delivering sustainable growth and positive community outcomes across Council and State Government priorities.

You will drive complex projects, manage multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across Council to deliver integrated land use planning for key precincts and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in statutory and strategic land use planning.
• Ability to communicate, negotiate and influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and delivery of innovative land use strategies and planning projects.
• Manage complex strategic projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate across Council and manage funding opportunities to deliver integrated land use planning outcomes.
