Job summary

Virgin Australia Airlines is seeking a Program Manager to lead the delivery of complex IT Operations programs within our IT Project Delivery Framework. You will oversee scope, budget, schedule and governance across multiple teams and partners.

You will build trusted relationships with executives and stakeholders, apply agile and waterfall delivery, and drive effective change management to ensure successful program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hold tertiary qualifications in Project, IT or Business Management.
• Demonstrated ability delivering large-scale programs ($10M+).
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex IT Operations programs within the IT Project Delivery Framework.
• Oversee program scope, budget, schedule and RAIDD; ensure governance.
• Partner with sponsors and stakeholders to drive alignment and change management.
