Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT/digital project management or senior roles.
• Proven ability to develop ICT/digital business cases, forecasts, and investment proposals.
• Experience leading end-to-end development of compelling business cases with rationale, options, financials and risks.

Responsibilities

• Develop digital investment pricing and cost estimates, including capex and opex.
• Build financial models and run scenario analyses for investment decisions.
• Draft and finalise comprehensive digital business cases with needs, options, costs, benefits, risks, and recommendations.
• Prepare executive papers and presentations for investment approvals.
• Support regulatory price reviews with required documentation.
