ACT Digital is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead an ICT transformation in Canberra, covering application, infrastructure, network migration and renewal. You will head the program's projects, mentor PMs and ensure delivery against an integrated roadmap while reducing risk and technical debt.

Responsibilities include coordinating diverse teams, managing scope, schedule and budget, guiding governance, and ensuring security and transition readiness for smooth operations post-change.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated experience leading complex ICT programs comprising multiple projects and subprojects.
• Ability to direct, support and mentor project managers, establish delivery expectations and governance.
• Experience managing application and infrastructure migrations and coordinating network changes.
• Strong planning, budget management, resource forecasting, change control, risk management and executive reporting.
• Ability to align executives, business owners, technical teams and suppliers, resolving competing priorities.

Aufgaben

• Lead projects and subprojects across the program, establishing clear responsibilities, delivery expectations and escalation arrangements.
• Direct, support and mentor project managers, reviewing plans and performance, lead effective governance, reporting and delivery standards.
• Maintain an integrated roadmap covering migration and renewal activities across applications, infrastructure and networks.
• Manage dependencies across projects and subprojects, resolving resource conflicts and sequencing delivery to support milestones.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues and changes, escalating matters requiring executive decisions.
• Coordinate application, infrastructure, cloud, network, security and operational teams.
• Manage suppliers and delivery partners against commitments and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure architecture, security and assurance requirements are incorporated into delivery and transition decisions.
• Oversee transition into operational support, including service ownership, documentation, support readiness and acceptance.
• Drive legacy decommissioning, confirming dependencies, data retention requirements and approvals before retirement.
