Job summary

Darling Downs Bank is seeking an IT Operations & Financial Crimes Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the bank's technology environment and the Financial Crimes Prevention Program. You will drive IT service delivery, incident management, business continuity, information security and fraud prevention across seven branches in the Darling Downs region.

Reporting to the CIO, you will oversee vendor relationships, change and asset management, and provide risk-based reporting to governance

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, Financial Crime management, or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of IT operations, infrastructure and service delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder, communication and relationship management skills.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple responsibilities in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational management of the Bank's IT environment.
• Manage incidents, service availability and operational performance.
• Oversee business continuity and disaster recovery planning and testing.
• Drive information security initiatives and response activities.
• Manage key technology vendors and service providers.
• Lead change, release and asset management activities.
• Oversee the Bank's Financial Crimes Prevention Program.
• Monitor fraud risks, controls and detection capabilities.
• Provide fraud and security reporting to management and governance committees.
