Job summary

Expertech is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to shape the technology future of a global energy organisation after an acquisition. You will define target-state architecture for the combined technology estate and develop a practical roadmap.

This senior, client-facing role requires confident engagement with executives and technical teams to balance strategic and detailed delivery. The position is a 6-12 month fixed-term contract, based in Melbourne with ASAP start, offering a hybrid

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in complex technology environments.
Strong consulting experience and confidence engaging with clients and senior stakeholders.
Ability to define target-state architecture and technology roadmaps.
Experience assessing applications and infrastructure to determine retain, migrate or retire strategies.
Ability to align architectural decisions with business objectives and integration priorities.

Responsibilities

Define the target-state architecture for the combined technology estate and develop the roadmap to achieve it.
Assess existing applications and infrastructure to determine retain, migrate, or retire actions.
Engage with executives and technical teams to balance enterprise thinking with practical delivery.
Support an integration programme post-acquisition with senior stakeholders.
