Job summary

GHD in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple business and technology projects within the Delivery System Program. You will manage schedules, budgets, risks, and cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires a proven track record in transformation or technology implementation projects, strong leadership, and exceptional stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Strong experience delivering large business or technology projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of project or program management experience.
• Experience delivering transformation or technology implementation projects.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar) is highly regarded.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or related tools is highly advantageous.

• Lead multiple projects from planning through to delivery.
