Job summary

Airservices Australia seeks a commercially minded Business Analyst to drive high-value technology initiatives. You will lead the development of business cases and investment submissions from concept through to funding approval, coordinating with Finance, Technology and Operations to build evidence-based cases.

You will analyse complex challenges, perform cost-benefit and lifecycle analyses, and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience leading development of complex business cases or funding submissions.
Experience undertaking options analysis with evidence-based recommendations.
Experience with CAPEX, OPEX, whole-of-life costing and cost-benefit analysis.
Outstanding written communication for executive-level documentation.
Highly developed stakeholder engagement across multiple functions.
Analytical and critical thinking with ability to challenge assumptions.

Responsibilities

Lead the development of business cases and investment submissions from concept through to approval.
Analyse complex business challenges and develop evidence-based recommendations.
Collaborate with Finance, Technology and Operations to build compelling investment cases.
Ensure investments are commercially sound and aligned to priorities.
Influence governance and funding decisions with senior stakeholders.
Support delivery of enterprise-wide outcomes through strategic analysis.
