Job summary

Accent Group Limited is seeking an Allocation & Replenishment Analyst to join the Skechers & Dr Martens team in Melbourne. You will drive stock flow, allocate to stores and monitor inventory performance to meet sales targets.

The role requires strong Excel skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights in a fast-paced retail environment. Collaborate with Planning, Buying and Retail teams, manage replenishment strategies, and support store openings with end-to-end stock

Qualifications

Experience in allocation, replenishment or merchandise planning.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyse large data sets.
Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Allocate and replenish stock to stores to drive sales and optimise availability.
Monitor store stock levels and overall inventory performance.
Analyse sales trends to identify opportunities, risks and actionable insights.
Manage replenishment strategies to maximise sell-through and minimise stock issues.
Allocate new range indents and support on-time product launches.
Support store openings with end-to-end stock coordination.
Consolidate inventory across the network and manage SOH.
Contribute to weekly trade reporting and performance analysis.
Partner with stores, warehouse and customer experience teams for stock flow.
Monitor inbound receipts, deliveries and warehouse stock levels.
