Job summary

Accent Group is seeking an Allocation & Replenishment Analyst to join the Skechers & Dr Martens team in Melbourne. You will manage stock flow across stores, collaborate with Planning, Buying and Retail to optimise availability and drive sales.

Responsibilities include analysing sales trends, refining replenishment strategies, coordinating new range launches, and supporting store openings with end-to-end stock coordination. Advanced Excel is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in allocation, replenishment or merchandise planning preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills with large data sets.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and replenish stock to stores to drive sales and optimise availability.
• Monitor and maintain store stock levels and overall inventory performance.
• Analyse sales trends to identify opportunities, risks and actionable insights.
• Manage replenishment strategies to maximise sell-through and minimise stock issues.
• Allocate new range indents and support seamless, on time product launches.
• Support new store openings with end to end stock coordination.
• Proactively manage stock on hand SOH including consolidation of inventory across the network.
• Contribute to weekly trade reporting and performance analysis.
• Manage store gradings, profiles and core line performance.
• Partner with stores, warehouse and customer experience teams to ensure smooth stock flow.
• Monitor inbound receipts, deliveries and warehouse stock levels.
