Job summary

Accent Group Limited is seeking a driven Allocation & Replenishment Analyst to join the Skechers & Dr Martens team. You will manage stock flow across the network, partnering with Planning, Buying and Retail to ensure stores are set up to hit sales targets.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and a detail‑driven mindset to optimize inventory, monitor SOH, and support store openings with timely stock.

Qualifications

• Experience in allocation, replenishment or merchandise planning.
• Ability to turn data into clear recommendations.
• Proficient in Excel with large data sets.
• Strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Allocate and replenish stock to stores to drive sales and optimise availability.
• Monitor store stock levels and overall inventory performance.
• Analyse sales trends to identify opportunities, risks and actionable insights.
• Manage replenishment strategies to maximise sell-through and minimise stock issues.
• Allocate new range indents and support seamless, on time product launches.
• Support new store openings with end to end stock coordination.
• Proactively manage stock on hand SOH including consolidation of inventory across the network.
• Contribute to weekly trade reporting and performance analysis.
• Manage store gradings, profiles and core line performance.
• Partner with stores, warehouse and customer experience teams to ensure smooth stock flow.
• Monitor inbound receipts, deliveries and warehouse stock levels.
