Job summary

Belron is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Lead to partner with senior leaders and connect with frontline teams, shaping messages and storytelling to inform and engage across the business. You will translate complex changes into clear content, support transformation programmes, and collaborate with executives to deliver a consistent, people‑centred comms experience.

The role focuses on driving a proactive, hands-on approach across digital channels, including SharePoint and Teams,

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in internal communications, corporate communications, change communications or employee communications.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Experience supporting business change, transformation or organisation-wide initiatives.
• Confidence partnering with Executives, senior leaders and providing communication advice.
• Experience communicating with frontline, field-based or operational teams.
• Ability to translate complex information into simple, practical and engaging communication.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships across different levels of the business.
• Experience creating content across digital channels including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, email, video, social media and intranet platforms.
• A proactive, flexible and hands‑on approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
