• 5+ years in internal communications or employee engagement.
• Strong storytelling, writing, and editorial skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strategic thinker with collaborative and empathetic approach.
• Experience supporting change communications and executive messaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with business and cultural goals.
• Create engaging content across internal channels (email, digital signage, intranet, employee experience platform, leadership communications).
• Support change management initiatives with clear messaging.
• Lead the migration and management of Lockton Pacific's intranet onto a global platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, HR, and leadership to identify communication needs.
• Drive associate engagement and foster a strong internal culture.
• Support media relations and external communications as needed.
• Use data and analytics to measure impact and continuously improve communication efforts.
