The Shire of Broome is seeking a professional to lead infrastructure planning and assets, guiding asset lifecycle, governance, and capital projects.

You will oversee engineering standards, property management, and subdivision processes, with a collaborative leadership style and a focus on delivering sustainable infrastructure for Broome.

A tertiary qualification in Engineering or Asset Management is required, with extensive experience in asset governance and contract administration.

Competenze

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Asset Management.
• Substantial experience in asset management, project delivery, contract administration and lease management.
• Knowledge of subdivision and land development processes and relevant statutory requirements.

Mansioni

• Lead the Shire's infrastructure planning, asset management and engineering governance functions.
• Oversee infrastructure strategy, asset lifecycle planning, engineering standards and design oversight.
• Support delivery of capital projects in collaboration with the Manager Major Projects.
• Manage property-related aspects and lifecycle of assets.
