Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering complex planning or infrastructure projects from inception through to implementation.
• Strong knowledge of planning legislation, including the Planning Act 2016, SEQ Regional Plan, planning schemes and policy frameworks.
• Proven project management and risk management capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with the ability to translate complex planning matters into clear advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic-level infrastructure planning projects and contribute to infrastructure policy.
• Provide expert advice to stakeholders across Council, government and industry.
• Deliver sustainable outcomes through collaboration and continuous improvement.
