Job summary

City of Moreton Bay is seeking a Specialist Infrastructure Planner to lead precinct-scale infrastructure planning and delivery in Strathpine. This permanent, full-time role offers hybrid working, including some work-from-home days, with a total package of $135,586 per annum plus 12% super.

You will drive complex planning, sequencing and delivery across growth precincts. Key duties include delivering precinct infrastructure plans, aligning land use with servicing strategies, overseeing options

Qualifications

Proven capability delivering place-based infrastructure programs with system integration knowledge.
Demonstrated leadership in multidisciplinary planning and options analysis.
Strong analytical skills balancing service outcomes, risk and cost.
Experience providing high-level advice to executives and governance audiences.

Responsibilities

Deliver precinct infrastructure plans for high-growth areas across transport, utilities, stormwater, open space and assets.
Assess system challenges and align land use with coordinated servicing strategies.
Oversee options analysis and prioritisation, balancing demand, outcomes, risk, cost and delivery interdependencies.
Align cross-functional input across planning, engineering, finance, providers, project teams and stakeholders.
Advise leadership on trade-offs, sequencing and pathways with evidence-based direction.
