You will guide options analysis, sequencing and prioritisation, balancing risk and cost while coordinating across planning, engineering and finance teams. This role shapes growth outcomes for today and tomorrow.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in planning, engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven capability delivering place-based infrastructure programs and systems integration.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary planning and informing governance with clear analysis.

Responsibilities

• Deliver precinct infrastructure plans for growth areas, integrating transport, utilities, stormwater, open space and community assets.
• Assess system challenges, constraints and opportunities, aligning land use with coordinated servicing strategies.
• Oversee options analysis and prioritisation, balancing demand, outcomes, risk, cost and delivery interdependencies.
• Align cross-functional input across planning, engineering, finance, providers and external stakeholders; advise leadership on trade-offs and sequencing.
