Job summary

You will advise on a broad range of employment and industrial relations issues and present matters before the WA Industrial Relations Commission and other courts and tribunals, including complex disputes. Experience before courts, timely and strategic guidance on employment law is essential.

Qualifications

• A thorough understanding of employment law and management of industrial relations.
• Experience as a legal representative before courts and tribunals.
• Timely, strategic and legal advice in respect of employment law and managing industrial relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and representation in a broad range of employment and industrial relations matters, including complex disputes such as disciplinary matters, unfair dismissals, entitlement claims, and enterprise bargaining before the WA Industrial Relations Commission and other courts and tribunals.
