Job summary

Sigma Healthcare Limited is seeking a Procurement Manager - Indirect to lead strategic sourcing and category management across indirect spend categories, delivering governance, reporting and supplier performance improvements.

The role reports to the General Manager, Procurement and will shape category strategies, run RFx processes, negotiate with suppliers, and partner with Finance, Legal and IT to deliver measurable value across the business.

Qualifications

• Extensive, progressive experience in strategic sourcing and category management across indirect categories.
• Tertiary qualification in a business-related field; MCIPS is well regarded.
• Experience supporting procurement transformation, governance, operating model improvements and change in complex, multi-site organisations.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, including KPI dashboards using Excel or Power BI.
• Confident stakeholder engagement, influencing, presentation and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver sourcing and category strategies across assigned indirect spend categories (Supply Chain, Facilities, Retail & Marketing, Corporate, Professional Services).
• Lead end-to-end RFx processes, supplier evaluations, negotiations and contracting with Legal and stakeholders.
• Identify and deliver sustainable cost savings, supplier consolidation and efficiencies while improving service and supply continuity.
• Drive data-driven commercial outcomes through demand management, cost optimisation and supplier rationalisation.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT and senior stakeholders to influence sourcing decisions and present recommendations.
• Support procurement policy, governance and platform improvements across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle.
• Contribute to procurement transformation initiatives and dashboard-based insights.
