About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, Procurement, the Procurement Manager - Indirect will lead strategic sourcing and category management across assigned indirect spending categories while supporting procurement transformation initiatives that enhance governance, reporting, supplier managing processes, and digital procurement systems.

The Procurement Manager - Indirect will deliver measurable commercial value through the development and execution of category strategies, strategic sourcing activities, supplier negotiations, and continuous performance improvement across the indirect spending portfolio.

Role Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver sourcing and category strategies across assigned indirect spend categories, including Supply Chain, Facilities, Retail & Marketing, Corporate, and Professional Services.
  • Lead end-to-end RFx processes, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contracting activities in partnership with Legal and business stakeholders.
  • Identify and deliver sustainable cost savings, value creation, supplier consolidation, and efficiencies while improving service, quality, and supply continuity.
  • Drive measurable commercial outcomes through demand management, cost optimisation, supplier rationalisation, and strategic sourcing initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, and senior stakeholders to influence sourcing decisions, challenge requirements, and present data‑driven commercial recommendations.

  • Support the optimisation of procurement platforms, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Ariba, or similar systems, while maintaining procurement data integrity.
  • Develop procurement dashboards and spend analytics to track savings delivery, compliance, supplier performance, sourcing pipelines, and commercial outcomes.
  • Strengthen supplier governance, performance management, and risk practices, including supplier segmentation, sustainability, and ESG considerations.
