Job summary

NSW Department of Communities and Justice is seeking an experienced ICT Program Manager to lead delivery of complex, large-scale technology programs supporting community outcomes. You will drive strategic digital initiatives from concept to implementation and benefits realisation, reporting to the Director, Major Digital and ICT Programs, and shaping enterprise-wide transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale ICT or digital transformation programs.
• Strong governance, risk, interdependencies, reporting and assurance.
• Experience in program budgets, resources, procurement, vendor management.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with executives.
• Led multidisciplinary teams and fostered collaboration and accountability.
• Strategic thinking with ability to manage ambiguity and change.
• Excellent communication for executive briefings and business cases.
• Delivery of ICT programs in NSW Government or public sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, governance, delivery and oversight of ICT program portfolio.
• Manage budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, procurement and vendor relations.
• Provide strategic advice, monitor performance, ensure outcomes and benefits.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and foster collaboration across programs.
• Engage with executives, business leaders, and external partners.
