Job summary

The Shoe Group is seeking an experienced ICT Manager to lead day-to-day technology services across our national retail group. Based at the Gillman Support Centre in Adelaide, you will balance operational delivery with concurrent projects, working with the Group CIO on strategy and priorities.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in an ICT Manager or IT leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience leading technology teams within a complex, multi-site organisation.
• Broad experience across ICT operations, infrastructure, applications and project delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and changing priorities.
• Strong commercial judgement balancing technology outcomes, cost and risk.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Experience coaching and developing technology professionals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day delivery of ICT services across The Shoe Group.
• Provide leadership and direction to the Adelaide-based ICT team.
• Partner with the Group CIO to deliver technology strategy, priorities and projects.
• Work with leaders across the Group to prioritise technology requirements.
• Oversee ICT operations, infrastructure, applications and support services.
• Ensure systems and technology services remain secure, reliable and appropriate for a national retail environment.
• Lead and coordinate technology projects from planning through to delivery.
• Maintain governance and accountability across ICT projects, resources, costs and outcomes.
• Balance BAU services with strategic projects and changing priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and capability.
• Manage technology risks and business continuity coverage.
• Build and manage relationships with external technology providers and vendors.
• Coach and develop ICT team members.
• Manage ICT expenditure within budgets.
