Job summary

The Shoe Group is seeking an experienced ICT Manager to lead day-to-day technology services across the national retail group from our Gillman Adelaide site. Based at the Gillman Support Centre, you will spearhead operational delivery while aligning with the Group CIO on strategy and initiatives.

You will balance BAU operations with concurrent projects, manage partners and budgets, and develop the ICT team to ensure secure, reliable and commercially effective technology across stores, eCommerce,

Qualifications

• Significant ICT leadership experience in a multi-site organisation.
• Proven ability to lead technology teams and manage priorities.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management with commercial judgement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of ICT services across The Shoe Group.
• Provide direction to the Adelaide-based ICT team.
• Partner with Group CIO to deliver technology strategy and projects.
• Oversee ICT operations, infrastructure, applications and support.
• Ensure security, reliability and cost-effective technology services.
• Lead technology projects from planning to delivery and governance.
• Balance BAU with strategic initiatives and changing priorities.
• Coach and develop ICT staff and manage external providers.
