You will provide practical advice, support injury and claims management, and translate regulatory requirements into actionable guidance for the business.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety required.
• Experience as a generalist HSW partner across strategic and operational matters.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive HSW culture and coach leaders to own risks and wellbeing.
• Partner with Leaders and People & Culture on practical HSW initiatives.
• Turn data and insights into clear, practical guidance for the business.
• Support injury and claims management including return-to-work coordination.
