Job summary

Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current employment legislation, award interpretation, and industrial relations practices.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role or graduate with work experience.
• Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on industrial relations, including award interpretation and dispute resolution.
• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Sylvanvale’s goals and values.
• Act as a trusted advisor on HR best practices, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
• Support and resolve complex HR matters with a focus on positive outcomes and relationship building.
• Participate in HR projects that build capability and collaboration.
