Job summary

HR Partners in NSW's Southern Highlands seeks a permanent HR Business Partner to work closely with the HR Manager, WHS Manager and the HR team to build strong relationships across the business.

You will partner with stakeholders on ER, recruitment, performance management and learning and development, interpret EA provisions, and guide all stages of the employee lifecycle. The role includes HR project delivery and support for injury management and return-to-work processes.

Qualifications

• Broad HR Generalist skill set including ER, Recruitment, Performance Management and Learning and Development.
• Experience interpreting EA concepts and clauses.
• Experience across the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Responsibilities

• Partner and manage key stakeholder expectations.
• Provide ER, recruitment, performance management and development support.
• Interpret EA requirements and ensure compliance.
• Provide guidance across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
• Support delivery of HR projects across the business.
• Assist with injury management, return to work and psychosocial safety.
