Job summary

Brunel is seeking an experienced HR Generalist/Business Partner to act as a strategic partner to business leaders in Australasia. You will translate HR strategies into practical people solutions, lead talent and succession planning, and drive engagement, development, and culture initiatives.

You will work with diverse populations, influence leadership decisions through data-driven insights, and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations while supporting regional HR programs across

Responsibilities

Implement HR programs and policies with on-time delivery in Australasia client groups.
Provide high-quality local employee services including payroll, onboarding, and data management.
Collaborate with Australasia HR Leader on talent reviews and development plans.
Foster a positive, inclusive work environment and drive engagement actions.
Plan development programs to improve team effectiveness and performance.
Advise employees and managers on HR issues, including attrition and ER matters.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Contribute to regional HR programs as assigned.
