Job summary

DHA is seeking a Director of HR Strategy at Head Office, Canberra. This senior role leads enterprise workforce strategy, aligning workforce planning, organisational development, leadership capability and employee experience to sustain long-term performance.

As part of the Human Resources Branch, you will integrate functions to deliver a cohesive strategy that supports DHA’s evolving needs in a non-ongoing engagement of up to 12 months with potential extension or permanency.
