Job summary

Attorney-General’s Department – Official is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team in Adelaide.

You will partner with multiple Business Units, delivering expert advice, support and coaching at both operational and strategic levels across HR functions including workforce planning, performance, change and transition, employee engagement and wellbeing, recruitment and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in HRBP roles
• Strong stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of public sector HR practices

Responsibilities

• Provide expert HR advice and coaching across operational and strategic levels
• Partner with portfolio of business units to support workforce planning, performance, change, recruitment and retention
• Identify trends and opportunities to improve HR practices and processes in collaboration with the HR team
