You will partner with multiple Business Units, delivering expert advice, support and coaching at both operational and strategic levels across HR functions including workforce planning, performance, change and transition, employee engagement and wellbeing, recruitment and retention.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR BusinessPartner to join our team. In this role, you will work in partnership with aportfolio of Business Units, providing expert advice, support, and coaching atboth the operational and strategic levels across a range of HR functions. Theseinclude workforce planning, performance management, change management andtransition, employee engagement and wellbeing, recruitment, and retention. TheHR Business Partner undertakes work of a sensitive and complex nature, oftenwith multiple and inter-related considerations. The role identifies trends andopportunities for continual improvement of HR practices, processes andapproaches in collaboration with Business Units, and the broader HR team. Experience in a South Australia Public Sector HR team is highly desirable.
