The successful candidate will provide practical HR guidance to managers, maintain confidential records and ensure compliance with Fair Work and workplace regulations, while supporting staff development and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR, business, or related field.
• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process, including job ads, screening, interviews and candidate selection.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR information systems.
• Provide HR advice to managers and employees on workplace relations and performance matters.
• Coordinate onboarding and induction for new staff and explain employment conditions.
• Assist with policy development, guidelines and compliance with employment laws.
