Job summary

Barminco, part of the Perenti Group, is seeking an HR Advisor to partner with site leaders across multiple operations in Australia. You will advise on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational development across sites with a strong focus on safety and culture.

You will support the full employee lifecycle, deliver meaningful workforce insights, and contribute to strategic HR initiatives in a dynamic mining environment.

Qualifications

• Previous HR experience across the employee lifecycle, ideally within mining or blue-collar industries.
• Experience providing operational HR and employee relations support.
• Exposure to investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
• Experience partnering with leaders in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with site leaders and understand operational requirements.
• Support HR Business Partners in analysing workforce trends and recommending practical solutions.
• Contribute to engagement, psychosocial risk, retention, and culture improvement initiatives.
• Assist in development and implementation of continuous improvement projects across HR.
