Job summary

Calvary is a national healthcare leader undergoing transformation, offering a Workforce Planning Officer role that shapes workforce strategy through data insights and rostering excellence across hospitals, aged care and home care services.

You will partner with operational leaders to improve rostering efficiency, compliance and budget outcomes, driving best-practice scheduling and Enterprise Agreement alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience using Kronos/UKG Pro or similar rostering systems.
• Experience in rostering, workforce planning or scheduling for large teams.
• Experience in healthcare or large complex environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape workforce strategy using data insights and rostering outcomes.
• Support roster administration and compliance reporting across services.
• Deliver training on UKG/Kronos and rostering best practices.
• Analyze workforce metrics to improve efficiency and budget outcomes.
