Droga5, part of Accenture Song, Australia, is seeking a Social Business Director to lead and grow our social capability for iconic brands. You will steward senior client relationships, oversee social and influencer workstreams, and collaborate with strategy, creative, production and community teams to deliver culturally relevant work that resonates.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a social agency, influencer agency, or social in an integrated agency.
• Experience leading senior client relationships and strategic guidance.
• Proven ability to deliver social-first, influencer and content-led campaigns.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets, scopes and profitability.
• Deep understanding of social platforms, creator ecosystems and culture.
• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior client relationships across social, content and influencer programs.
• Advise clients on social strategy, community engagement and cultural relevance.
• Partner with creative, strategy and production teams on social-first campaigns.
• Oversee always-on, reactive and campaign-based social workstreams.
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and expand social capability.
• Lead forecasting, commercial management, resourcing and profitability.
• Mentor and develop talent across account and social teams.
• Support new business opportunities and showcase social offering.
