Job summary

Wesfarmers Health is seeking a commercially minded Manager, Strategic Growth & Development to shape and deliver the growth agenda across its health portfolio. You will evaluate acquisitions, partnerships and new ventures, building robust commercial models and investment papers for senior leadership decisions.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Growth, you will lead multi-workstream growth projects, coordinate across Finance, Legal, and Property, and translate market insights into actionable

Qualifications

• Proven experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, M&A, strategy consulting or business development within a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build financial models and business cases that influence growth decisions.
• Strong commercial and financial modelling capability with the ability to analyse complex data sets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust commercial and financial models to evaluate growth opportunities.
• Develop investment papers, business cases and Board presentations with clear recommendations.
• Lead evaluation and delivery of strategic growth opportunities including M&A, partnerships, and joint ventures.
• Manage multiple growth projects with governance and timely delivery.
• Lead due diligence activities and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Legal, and other functions.
• Translate data and market insights into decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership.
• Build relationships and present insights to drive alignment on growth initiatives.
