Wesfarmers Health seeks a commercially minded Manager, Strategic Growth & Development to shape and deliver the group’s growth agenda across retail, medi-aesthetics, digital health and wholesale. You will lead multi‑workstream growth projects, build robust commercial models and present investment cases to senior leaders.

Collaborative, data‑driven decision making and strong stakeholder management are essential in this fast‑paced corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development or M&A within a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build financial models and business cases influencing growth decisions.
• Strong commercial and financial modelling capability with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust commercial and financial models to evaluate growth initiatives
• Develop investment papers and board-ready presentations articulating opportunities, risks and returns
• Lead evaluation of growth opportunities including M&A, partnerships, ventures and adjacent businesses
• Manage multiple growth projects with governance, prioritisation and timely delivery
• Lead due diligence activities and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, Legal, Property and more
• Translate data and insights into clear, decision-ready recommendations for senior leadership
• Build stakeholder relationships and drive alignment on growth initiatives
