Job summary

Visa's AuNZPI Strategy and Transformation team shapes the growth agenda across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. The Senior Manager, Strategic Funds, will help plan, govern and track the deployment of a portfolio of initiatives, working with Sales, Finance, Strategy and Product.

This high-visibility role requires strong operational discipline, commercial judgement and data-driven thinking, with governance, reporting and dashboards to monitor funding utilisation and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience translating strategic priorities into concrete plans and deliverables.
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data to identify risks and actions.
• Proven governance, approvals, controls and reporting in a complex environment.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Finance, Product.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual planning and pipeline development for deployment of strategic funds.
• Govern and approve initiatives with guardrails and informed recommendations.
• Monitor utilisation, progress, risks and outcomes with regular reporting.
• Drive execution by tracking milestones, budgets and timelines, re-prioritising when needed.
• Coordinate engagement across markets, hub and partners, escalate issues as needed.
• Develop dashboards to track funding utilisation and commercial impact.
