Visa is seeking a Senior Manager for the AuNZPI Strategy and Transformation team to shape growth in Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands. The role partners across Sales, Finance, Strategy and Product to plan, govern and deploy strategic funds with data‑driven decision making.

This high‑visibility position requires strong operational discipline, commercial judgement and a track record of delivering actionable insights in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Experience translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Strong analytical and problem solving with financial and operational data.
• Proven ability to govern approvals, controls and reporting in a matrix environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead annual planning and pipeline development for deployment of strategic funds for AuNZPI, aligning with budgets and regional objectives.
• Governance: assess initiative eligibility, prepare recommendations for governance forums.
• Monitor utilisation, delivery progress, risks and outcomes with clear reporting.
• Drive disciplined execution by tracking funding usage and milestones.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across markets and key partners.
• Develop dashboards to track funding utilisation and commercial impact; explore automation.
