Jobgether SRL is seeking a Director of Finance based in Australia to provide strategic financial leadership across an Oceania portfolio spanning Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and Solomon Islands. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, reporting, compliance, risk management, and governance across multiple jurisdictions.

You will lead finance professionals, partner with senior leaders, and translate financial insights into informed decisions aligning with organizational priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of relevant professional experience

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial leadership and oversight across the Oceania region, ensuring financial strategies support organizational priorities and long-term sustainability.
• Lead regional financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance management across multiple countries and business units.
• Advise senior executives and Boards on financial performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic financial matters.
• Develop, manage, and oversee complex budgets and long-term financial plans, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
