We are purpose driven and focussed on impact.

We are committed to health equity and to supporting priority need populations.

We exist to change and save lives every day.

About the role

We are seeking a relationship builder who gets results. In this newly created role, you will lead and grow philanthropic, corporate and government funding opportunities. Negotiating and influencing peak body agencies, philanthropic trusts, community groups, and corporate settings is key to delivery.

You will work closely with our commercial contracts, grants, and International teams, combining strategic thinking with a practical results-focused approach.

Key responsibilities of the role include
  • Lead and implement fundraising strategies to diversify and scale revenue streams.
  • Research, plan, and implement new target-market fundraising initiatives and giving campaigns.
  • Develop and implement reporting to monitor, forecast, and improve fundraising revenue.
  • Lead fundraising activities at key MHFA International events such as GALA, World MHFA Day and national and international summits.
  • Support Government relations and engagement to secure funding, build awareness of our impact, and unlock grant opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact pitches and presentations to prospective corporate partners, sponsors, and industry stakeholders.
About you

You will have a track record of securing and maintaining donor and corporate relationships and will also bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in fundraising, philanthropy, corporate partnerships or stakeholder relations.
  • Strong relationship skills and the ability to build credibility, respect, and rapport with philanthropic leaders, corporate executives, and board members.
  • Confidence in participating in roundtable discussions, network forums, and pitch presentations with high-net-worth individuals and major decision-makers.
  • Experience managing funding agreements, grant compliance, and corporate partnership contracts.
