Job summary

Keegan Adams Recruitment partners with an established boutique Private Wealth firm to appoint a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager into a newly created, commercially focused position. You will take ownership of the FP&A function and work closely with the COO, CEO and Board to drive strategic priorities.

The role covers budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling and board reporting, with a focus on growth, investment, resourcing and operational change.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience close to the business and influencing decisions.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, forecasting and financial planning including revenue, cost, cash flow and profitability.
• Developing financial models, dashboards and management reporting.
• Providing commercial analysis to support pricing, staffing, investment and strategic decisions.
• Partnering with senior leaders to improve margin, productivity and resource allocation.
• Supporting growth and potential M&A activity including modelling, due diligence and integration planning.
• Preparing executive and Board reporting translating financial data into insights, risks and actions.
• Reviewing and improving finance processes, controls and governance.
• Coordinating outsourced accounting and finance providers while retaining internal ownership.
