Job summary

Linkly, an Australian fintech, is seeking a strategic finance professional to own FP&A, forecasting and the accounting function from Sydney. You’ll lead budgeting, board reporting and finance transformation, partnering with the CFO and Head of Strategy to shape pricing, market assessment and potential M&A activity.

Qualifications

• CA or CFA qualified and 5+ years in strategic FP&A or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modelling that is auditable and reusable.
• Excellent PowerPoint storytelling for executive/Board audiences.
• Advanced Excel and solid understanding of P&L drivers.
• Experience with accounting processes, month-end and audits to oversee improvements.
• Interest in applying AI to finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Own Linkly's financial models for forecasting, pricing and planning.
• Analyse performance by segment and explain trends, drivers and variances.
• Flag risks, cost-out opportunities and performance gaps early.
