Job summary

Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced Finance Professional for a FP&A-focused role in North Sydney. You will support financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting across Australia and Asia, partnering with regional leaders and Finance teams to deliver key insights.

The ideal candidate will have 2–3+ years in FP&A or commercial finance, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset. This position offers a competitive salary up to $130k plus bonuses and excellent career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years’ experience in FP&A, commercial finance or business partnering.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and coordination of monthly reporting and forecasting.
• Supporting annual budgeting and planning processes across units.
• Delivering financial insights to support commercial decision-making.
