Job summary

INSW is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Financial Planning and Analysis to lead the FP&A function for major infrastructure initiatives. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial advice to senior leaders, ensuring timely, accurate insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Finance and a CPA, CA, or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting for large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial accounting experience and ability to deliver strategic financial advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A function and annual financial planning process.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring and reporting.
• Develop long-term strategic financial models to evaluate options and inform decisions.
• Partner with division leaders to prepare budgets and forecasts with senior leadership in mind.
