Job summary

Blackbook Executive Pty is seeking a Supply & Inventory Planner for an established FMCG client in Brisbane. The role focuses on maintaining stock accuracy, coordinating planning and ensuring availability to meet production and customer needs.

You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers to optimise inventory, analyse data and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain. Key responsibilities include managing POs, reviewing MRP, and supporting on-time delivery from a busy

Qualifications

Experience in supply planning, materials planning or inventory control.
Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or fast-paced manufacturing.
Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, SAP preferred.
Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyse inventory data.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, cycle counts and regular stocktakes.
Review MRP requirements and coordinate supply to meet customer demand.
Plan and purchase raw materials, packaging and production components.
Raise and track purchase orders and follow up with suppliers on delivery timelines.
Coordinate interstate freight movements and support on-time delivery.
Analyse inventory and freight costs, identify opportunities for process improvement.
Maintain ERP data, reporting and supply chain documentation.
