Job summary

Fleetcare is Australia's largest independent fleet management provider, and we are looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our Bella Vista team. You will manage and grow a portfolio of clients while delivering exceptional customer service and strong commercial outcomes.

You will build trusted relationships, handle client enquiries, advise on vehicles and fleet solutions, coordinate replacement programs, and identify opportunities to expand services.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or customer success roles.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Customer-first mindset with commercial awareness.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Proactive and results-focused approach.
• Confidence working independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor.
• Managing client enquiries and delivering responsive service.
• Providing advice on vehicles, finance options and fleet solutions.
• Coordinating vehicle replacement and renewal programs.
• Identifying opportunities to grow client portfolios and introduce new services.
• Participating in client meetings and fleet reviews.
• Supporting new client implementations and maintaining fleet data integrity.
• Delivering client reporting and insights to drive better outcomes.
